Philipp Rösler
President
Dr. Philipp Rösler served as Federal Minister of Health from 2009 to 2011 and Federal Minister of Economics and Technology as well as Vice-Chancellor of Germany from 2011 to 2013.
Born in Vietnam, Dr. Philipp Rösler was the first cabinet Minister and Vice-Chancellor of Asian background in Germany. Before entering politics, he was a cardiothoracic surgeon.
Ivo Sieber
Vice President
Ivo Sieber, a law graduate from the University of Zurich and holder of a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, began his diplomatic career in 1988 with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.
Sieber's ambassadorial roles commenced in 2010 in Manila, covering multiple Pacific nations. His significant postings include serving in Zimbabwe, New York, Bangkok, and London. In 2015, he became Ambassador to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, and from 2019 to 2022, he served as the Ambassador to Vietnam.
Nguyen Ho Nam
Vice President
Nguyen Ho Nam, the founder and Chairman of BCG (Bamboo Capital Group) where he has played a crucial role in developing BCG's strategic direction and enhancing its value. Additionally, he leads BCG Land JSC and BCG Energy JSC, key subsidiaries of BCG. Before BCG's inception in 2011, he established and led Sacombank - SBS, a rapidly growing securities firm in Vietnam.
Executive Director
Teresa Freiburghaus is an esteemed lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW), where she imparts her extensive knowledge and expertise. In addition to her teaching role, she has notably served as the Head of the South East Asia Center at FHNW, overseeing the center's activities and fostering stronger academic and cultural ties between the university and Southeast Asian regions. Her contributions in both academia and international relations have been instrumental in enhancing the university's global outreach and educational impact.

Son Nguyen holds a pivotal role as a partner at Aquis Capital, an asset management boutique renowned for its specialized focus on Hedge Funds and investment opportunities in Emerging Asia. At Aquis Capital, he plays a crucial role in shaping the firm's strategic direction, leveraging his expertise in the dynamic fields of Hedge Funds and the burgeoning markets of Asia.
Rachel Isenschmid
General Secretary
Rachel Isenschmid works at a Swiss family wealth management company, collaborating with a global client base across multiple jurisdictions. She is also actively involved in various non-profit initiatives in Vietnam and Switzerland and founded KIBV – Keep It Beautiful Vietnam – a Swiss non-profit organization.

Legal Department
Lisa Tang is a multilingual commercial lawyer and business partner with over ten years of experience, including a stint as Regional Counsel. She is adept in technical problem-solving and has a strong international and cross-cultural business perspective. A UK Solicitor since 2008, Lisa holds an International Business Degree with Chinese. She began her legal career at Mills & Reeve LLP, focusing on banking, funding structures, cross-border transactions, intra-group lending, and development finance.
Trang Fernandez
Head of Legal Department
Trang Fernadez is founder of Holistik, a boutique specializing in wealth planning with a focus on Swiss and international tax and law. She emphasizes tax management for cross-border entities and families. Additionally, Trang lectures at Geneva University of Applied Sciences and participates in initiatives like the International Telecommunication Union's Digital Currency Initiative. She is also a co-founder of Women in Web3 Switzerland.
Hai Nhu Pham

As a trainee lawyer, Hai Nhu Pham has achieved her Master's degree in Law with honors (summa cum laude) from the University of Lausanne (UNIL), specializing in both "Litigation Law" and "International and Comparative Law." She has also distinguished herself as a speaker at TEDxEcublens, an event held at EPFL that follows the globally recognized TED conference model organized by The Sapling Foundation.

Currently, she is a Partner & Portfolio Manager at INFIBA Vermögensverwaltungs AG, Switzerland, following a decade as a Portfolio Manager at BNB Paris Bas. Hang's career is distinguished by her dedication to sustainable investment practices and client success.

Thang Huynh currently leads as Co-Founder & CEO of InnoLab Asia, an innovative platform fostering collaborations among startups, corporations, investors, and institutions in the region. He also mentors at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and contributes to the German Accelerator Southeast Asia, backed by the German Federal Ministry for Economics and Energy. Thang is a key figure in Southeast Asian startup innovation, significantly advancing Vietnamese startups globally and aiding foreign enterprises in entering the Vietnamese market.

Dr. Hai Van Nguyen

Dr. Van Hai Nguyen is a researcher on environmental governance and policy at Wyss Academy for Nature at the University of Bern, Switzerland. Her research examines the impacts of global environmental challenges, such as climate change and biodiversity loss, and the role of actors, particularly civil society and the business sector, in shaping transformative solution pathways across scales. Her global career spans several countries, including Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the US, as well as the Southeast Asian region. Combining an academic career with long-term work as an environmental policy analyst, she takes a transformative approach as a knowledge broker to work at the science, policy, and society interface to support evidence-based decision-making toward sustainability and equity.

With 10 years of experience, particularly as Head of Public Relations at FE Credit, a division of VP Bank, she combines enthusiasm with a vast network and expertise in communications and HR, showcasing her ability to drive initiatives independently and as part of a team.
Tien Koeppel is presently engaged in a professional capacity at Die Weltwoche, a prominent publication known for its comprehensive coverage and in-depth analysis of various topics. Her work involves delving into current events, cultural trends, and socio-political issues.
